Directions to Caribe Tesoro
From the Airport
If you are driving from the Airport, take the main road to West End and then left up West Bay Hill. Stay on the road until you reach the peak and as you head down the hill, you'll be looking for the Foster's sign. Turn right onto the paved road and follow the road and stay to the right. As the road begins to curve to the right, you will see a sign to your left that says Kai Linda Way. Take a left and go straight to the beach. When you come to the end of the road, you'll turn right onto a short dirt road and directly ahead, you'll see the entrance to the mansion's courtyard. Park on the right.
If we are picking you up, we will be awaiting you as you leave luggage pick-up in the airport. If you are taking a cab, the average cab fare for the ride to Caribe Tesoro is $30. There is no need to tip the driver. But of course, if the driver is really helpful, that is up to you.
From West Bay Beach
If you are visiting West Bay Beach and would like to visit Caribe Tesoro, kick off your shoes and walk in the sand. It only takes five minutes to walk from Caribe Tesoro to the Iron Shore (where you can see the Black Rock.) We are on the boardwalk just to the east of the old Foster's Resort. The walk is enjoyable as there are many things to see along the way that you might enjoy doing during your stay on Roatan.
If you are driving though, you simply take the main road toward West Bay Hill and up the slight rise past the entrance to Henry Morgan Resort and then look for the second left. Turn left onto the paved road and follow the road and stay to the right. As the road begins to curve to the right, you will see a sign to your left that says Kai Linda Way. Take a left and go straight to the beach. When you come to the end of the road, you'll turn right onto a short dirt road and directly ahead, you'll see the entrance to the mansion's courtyard. Park on the right.
From West End
There are a couple of options for you if you are in West End. First, we like the water taxi. This is $3 per person. It will take you directly to West Bay Beach and you'll see us as you round the point. We have the only concrete pier in West Bay.
If you are driving, just exit West End and take a right up the hill toward West Bay Hill. Turn right up West Bay Hill. As you head down the hill, you'll be looking for the Foster's sign. Turn right onto the paved road and follow the road and stay to the right. As the road begins to curve to the right, you will see a sign to your left that says Kai Linda Way. Take a left and go straight to the beach. When you come to the end of the road, you'll turn right onto a short dirt road and directly ahead, you'll see the entrance to the mansion's courtyard. Park on the right.
From the Coxen Hole Cruiseport
If you are driving, then turn left as you leave the Coxen Hole Cruiseport and enjoy the scenic side of Flowers Bay. You'll drive down Flowers Bay Road for several minutes and while it's not marked very well, Flowers Bay Road turns sharply to the right before it reaches a small community on the South Side of the island.
After making that right, the road is very windy up hill and you'll drive until you reach a T intersection. There is no stop sign there, but you'll have the right of way. Just watch for the cars. Turn left up West Bay Hill. As you head down the hill, you'll be looking for the Foster's sign. Turn right onto the paved road and follow the road and stay to the right. As the road begins to curve to the right, you will see a sign to your left that says Kai Linda Way. Take a left and go straight to the beach. When you come to the end of the road, you'll turn right onto a short dirt road and directly ahead, you'll see the entrance to the mansion's courtyard. Park on the right.
